This class will explore the gradual but dramatic change in American foreign policy...from the founding father’s approach of avoiding entangling alliances to Wilsonian liberalism following World Wars I and II, to the late 20th century concept of justified intervention of nation building...to recreate states in our democratic image. Realistic or a dangerous journey?
