ABOUT THE OMER & SEPHIROT

During the Omer, the 49 days between Passover and Shavuot, each day is linked to a unique pairing of the Sephirot from the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. This period becomes a time for personal reflection and growth, with each day focusing on improving aspects related to the corresponding pair of Sephirot.

The counting of the Omer is structured around seven weeks, with each week corresponding to one of the lower seven Sephirot on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. Here's how they are typically assigned by week:

Week One - Chesed (Loving-kindness): Cultivating love and kindness.

Week Two - Gevurah (Judgment/Strength): Developing restraint and courage.

Week Three - Tiferet (Beauty/Harmony): Balancing kindness and judgment with compassion.

Week Four - Netzach (Endurance/Victory): Fostering endurance and the ability to overcome challenges.

Week Five - Hod (Humility/Splendor): Embracing humility and finding the splendor in simplicity.

Week Six - Yesod (Foundation): Strengthening connections and relationships.

Week Seven - Malkhut (Sovereignty/Kingdom): Manifesting dignity and presence in the physical world.

Each day of the week is then further associated with one of these Sephirot, creating a matrix of attributes to be explored.
