Family Shabbat
The Bureau of Jewish Education is excited to bring monthly Shabbat programming for babies, toddlers, and young children.
Join us one Friday each month as we welcome Shabbat with music, blessings, stories, activities, and time to connect with other families.
Shabbat is a wonderful opportunity for young families to build community while celebrating the joy of Judaism together. This free monthly gathering is open to the entire Jewish community. Please register in advance.
Throughout the year, we also offer themed Community Celebrations featuring sensory activities, crafts, parachute play, music, and stories that celebrate the seasons and Jewish holidays. Check back often to see what’s coming next!
Parents, grandparents, relatives, friends, and caregivers are all welcome to attend with babies, toddlers, and children up to age 5.
Celebrate a special milestone! Honor your child’s birthday, a new baby, or another special occasion by sponsoring a Shabbat in their name. Birthday celebrations include a special crown for the birthday child, a group treat, and a commemorative book. Simply select the sponsorship option during registration.
