Hebrew High Classes
Hebrew High classes are offered Tuesday nights at the Ina Levine JCC, from 7pm-9pm during the school year. Students enroll for the full year and receive 2 classes per session. Snacks are provided during break when students have a chance to socialize and see their friends.
Hebrew for Credit classes run Thursdays 7-8:30pm as well.
First Hour: Grade Level Seminar (predetermined topic) OR Hebrew for Credit
Second Hour: Student-selected Elective (offered either quarterly or semester long)
Special Programs: Community, Meaning & Connection
Hebrew High’s special programs create shared experiences that deepen learning, build community, and bring Jewish values to life. Monthly Rosh Hodesh celebrations offer students a chance to reflect and reset, while holiday programs—many shaped by our Teen Leadership Council—infuse tradition with creativity and connection. Each spring, our Mini-Series brings teens together for an immersive 2-week exploration of relevant topics, fostering meaningful dialogue and a stronger sense of community. Through these experiences, Hebrew High ensures that Jewish learning is not just studied, but lived.
