We’ll learn the art forms of classical prayers & their meanings, the private prayers of the ancient Rabbis, prayers of the heart of later poets & survey modern prayers now being added to Jewish worship. Writing prayer is an active and personal way for communion with God and to verbalize core beliefs. Engage in the creative experience of writing your own prayers. Writing prayer is a way to give voice to your heart, soul and emotions. Be amazed at your own abilities! An opportunity for all levels of Jewish knowledge, practice and writing skills.
